Pauls Hamburgers, Sylvania

Paul’s Famous Hamburgers

A Shire institution, Paul’s have been slapping mouthwatering patties on the grill since 1957. It began as simply ‘Paul’s Hamburgers’ - a hole in the wall, serving customers directly from shopfront to street. As it grew and word spread, ‘Famous’ was added in because, well, that’s exactly what it was. You can expect to find classic chicken and beef burgers and chips, old fashioned milkshakes and Paul’s signature freshly-squeezed pineapple crush.

Bettys Burgers, Cronulla

Betty’s Burgers

An ode to the American ‘burger shack’, Betty’s, which was founded in Noosa in 2014, serves smashed patty-style burgers packed with skinny fries and onion rings. They’re deliciously  addictive. Aside from their delicious burgs, one of the biggest draw cards of this joint is their drinks list, which includes creamy thick shakes, as well as beer, wine and cider - and their cute, ‘50s inspired decor doesn’t hurt either.
