The moment you step through the door at Beauty and Balance you can expect to be nurtured and cared for. You’ll be greeted by neutral interiors and thoughtful details from herbal teas to streams of natural light. Their personalised approach means each treatment is carefully tailored to meet the current needs of the client. Clinical facials like skin needling, resurfacing and peels are up for grabs but if it is your first visit we recommend selecting the Essential Facial which may include a combination of enzyme peel, steam, extractions, LED healing light or purifying clay masks but, of course, will be tailored to a T. Top tip: Add on an infrared sauna sesh for the ultimate experience.

Bliss by Bree is a Shire favourite and for good reason! Bree’s space is chic and inviting with tones of burnt orange, cream and fawn contributing to the warm palette. As for her facials - second to none! Whilst you’ll be thrilled with any treatment you select, our personal fave is the Herbal B Peel which guarantees results and relaxation. Suited to all skin types and conditions, the treatment is deeply massaged into the skin from which the herbs release their active ingredients to feed and nourish. It’s ideal for those experiencing acne, ageing skin or scarring, sun damage and/or redness.
