Recently Chain Reaction became Australia’s first Shimano Service Centre, with a fancy Bike Spa even included in their services. Having an open workshop, clients can see the mechanics in action as they complete builds and repairs. All mechanics have factory training and specific tooling to get even the most intricate work completed correctly.
