Celebrate the life and times of Hollywood’s prolific Judy Garland with dinner and a show. The Pavilion Performing Arts Centre’s latest gig, Judy, takes you ‘through the rainbow’, with a rendition of Garland’s most revered songs by the very talented Ali Harper, who has twice received performance awards in New York. Beyond The Best Before began just over a year ago in Newtown, when three locals opened up shop exclusively selling products nearing their expiry date at a low price. More than just a supermarket, you can find just about every pantry staple, from tea and coffee, cereal and canned goods to soap, toothpaste and laundry detergent.

Four-legged friends are set to take over the Sydney Tramway Museum at Loftus on Saturday 14th September, with The Shire Street Paws Festival. The event returns due to popular demand, and is set to be a day filled with pet-themed stalls, food trucks, kids’ activities, competitions and giveaways, and, of course, doggy-filled fun.
