Shire-based creatives, the wait is over! The Studio Sydney, a multi-space creative hub, has landed in Caringbah and we for one are thrilled.
Boasting a co-working space, rehearsal studio, and photography and film areas, The Studio Sydney is a one-stop-shop for freelancers, creatives and creators. Founder Natalie promises it’s not all work and no play at The Studio. “We are next to the brewery for Friday afternoon drinks”, she shares. And for the coffee enthusiasts, you’re spoilt for choice with Grind industrial and the Tamping Ground just a short stroll away.
The space itself “is all about quality” explains Natalie.“We have used high-end furniture throughout, ensuring the best experience for our guests.” Flooded with natural light, both levels incorporate neutral and serene accents, the perfect setting for long, productive work days.
For those keen to break free from the home office, The Studio’s co-working space offers all the comforts with none of the distractions.
Choose from individual offices (only two remaining) or shared desks, depending on your working style. Printing services, a kitchenette stocked with the essentials, soundproof phone rooms, a bathroom and shower can also be found within the co-working area.
As for the photography studio, it doesn’t get much better than this. Extending 100 square meters, the space features a 25 square meter Cyclorama white wall with plenty of natural light.
“There’s an abundance of natural light which is really rare in similar photography studios. The space is also great for product photography, as well as filming”, notes Natalie. “Paper backdrops and a makeup area are also available for use.”
Downstairs you’ll find The Studio’s rehearsal and movement area. “This space is perfect for rehearsals, activewear shoots, filming and performance options. It has built-in seating, a surround sound system, mirrors and barre. The sprung floor is 85 square meters and there is also a full changing area, with a makeup space”. A casual, chill zone, multi-purpose meeting room, spanning 96 square meters and conference room seating 30 to 40 people also make up level one. The meeting room can be converted into a smaller space or kept large.
Eager to make your workday flow as smoothly as possible, The Studio’s location enables seamless, stress-free transitions. Expect onsite parking on top of ample street parking, a loading zone directly out front that enables easy deliveries and movement of large props, and even a catering menu (by local foodies Glazed With Honey) for on-site meetings, conferences or photoshoots.
