A Greenery Oasis Specialising In ‘Not Your Everyday’ Plants
Say Hello To Amrock Garden Centre
Exotic, hard to find and unique. This is exactly what you can expect at Amrock Garden Centre. Hidden in the industrial area of Caringbah, if Amrock isn’t on your radar, listen in. Amrock’s expansive range of high-quality architectural, exotic and landscaping plants make it impossible to leave empty-handed.
Sister company of Amrock Landscapes, Amrock Garden Centre was built to fill a gap in the market. “We have been in the landscape construction industry for over 20 years and realised that there was nowhere to source high-quality, unique plants in the Sutherland Shire.”
“We wanted to build a space to take our clients to help them visualise their own backyard as well as offer exotic, architectural, and specialised plants to the public. Our main point of difference is the style of plants we stock - not your everyday plants - our stock provides clients with the ability to include a lot of variety in their gardens.”
From indoor and outdoor plants to pots, fire pits, pavers and everything in between, a wander through Amrock will give you a serious dose of inspiration for your next backyard project. With a team of highly skilled horticulturalists and landscape construction tradesmen on hand, all your questions will be answered with ease. They can even assist with the design and build!
“We offer a one-stop-shop service from designing the project, to building the backyard and providing the plants. You can just drop into Amrock Garden Centre to purchase plants but if you need extra support for your project Amrock Landscapes is there to help. The two companies complement each other. ”
For a backyard you can withdraw to this summer, Amrock’s team will help you create a space that soothes your soul. “We love helping create special spaces for people. Our team of horticulturists will help you choose the right plants for your space, looking at all factors such as sun and shade, element exposure, size, colour, water needs, soil and maintenance level.”
This year we have spent more time at home than ever. Has this changed the way people think about their backyards?
“Lockdown has certainly made people realise what they do and don’t like about their homes. We have seen so many more people invest in their backyards to make them more functional and aesthetic. Ultimately, they want to create a space that they are happy to spend a lot of time in. A fresh garden bed can make all the difference to someone's mood and really make an outdoor space feel new again.”
What trends are you expecting in 2022?
“The backyard trends are focused on large entertaining spaces, having a functional fire pit area with built-in seats and if possible, pools are always a big design element people are eager to include. People want to make their backyard their family's very own private haven.”
With summer vibes and balmy nights upon us, now is the perfect time to explore Amrock Garden Centre. Open Monday to Saturday, pop by and get ready to create a space that pairs perfectly with endless alfresco fun!
