Papa J founders Josh Metcalfe and Carl & Brooke Jensen, behind Summersalt and Jensens, have years of knowledge and experience under their belt and it's evident from the moment you enter. You can expect nothing but great service, exceptional cocktails, delicious food and a vibe completely unique to The Shire.
The mouthwatering menu is packed full of flavour and all about share plates, just the way we like it. As for the cocktails, you could browse the drinks list for hours on end but our personal favourites are the Come to Papa's (full of flavour and so easy to drink), Yuzu Voodoo (topped with apricot foam, this cocktail is delicious), Clarified Apple made from gin, apple liqueur, apple, lemon, vanilla (smooth and irresistible) and the Brookies Slow Davidson Plum.
